Current Openings

Project Manager / Estimator

Summer (May 1 – Oct 15): Approximately 60 hours/week

Winter: 40 hours/week (some weeks may be lighter)

$100,000/year full time, Monday, June 2nd expected start date

  • Year-round position involves overseeing and estimating commercial and residential landscape projects

  • 1+ year experience in a project management role

  • Analyze architectural blueprints and prepare accurate project estimates

  • Plan landscaping schedules, allocate resources, and track progress

  • Coordinate pre-construction reviews with contractors

  • Develop and maintain project budgets

  • Monitor job costs and ensure proper paperwork is submitted

  • Track progress and costs throughout the life of the project

  • Supervise crews, subcontractors, and site operations

  • Maintain safe, clean, and efficient job sites

  • Communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and design teams

  • Conduct regular meetings and updates with stakeholders

  • Manage and document change orders

  • Strong math skills

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints

  • Experience estimating landscape projects is a plus

  • Excellent organization and leadership skills

  • Strong communication with teams and clients


Dump truck driver 

60 hrs/week @ $25-$35/hr, May 1st-October 15th 

  • Must have a Class B CDL (Class A preferred)

  • Must have the ability to drive a manual transmission commercial vehicle

  • At least 2 years of experience driving commercial vehicles 

  • Tanker endorsement preferred but not necessary 


Equipment operator

60 hrs/week @ $30-35/hr, May 1st-October 15th 

  • Must have expert level operating experience in an Excavator as well as Skidsteer (2+ years each)

  • Must be willing and able to perform manual labor tasks 

  • Must have a valid drivers license 

  • Must be willing and able to load and drive a truck while towing equipment 


Laborer

60 hrs/week @ $20-$30/hr, May 1st-October 15th 

  • Must have a valid drivers license

  • Must be willing and able to perform manual labor 

  • Must be willing and able to drive a truck while towing equipment
